Here it is the skins, stems and seeds, also known as the pomace or press star.

This base is then blended with another equally unique ingredient, wine alcohol. When you remove the alcohol from the wine, you get the so-called "wine alcohol", which contains lots of flavor from the Chardonnay grapes.
