Disaronno Amaretto is an Italian amaretto (almond-flavoured liqueur) at 28% ABV from producer Illva Saronno in Saronno, Lombardy, based on an apricot kernel distillate with natural herb and fruit extracts added.

Despite its distinct almond flavour, the liqueur traditionally contains no almonds - the character comes from the apricot kernel distillate, which gives a soft, sweet aroma that many associate with almonds. Disaronno can be enjoyed neat, added to coffee, or used as a sweet sauce poured over vanilla ice cream.
