Aultmore 2006 vintage edition bottled in 2025 by the independent whisky bottler Signatory in their new series "Symingtons Choice" in honor of founder Andrew Symington. This unique 18-year-old Speyside whisky was bottled at full cask strength with a whopping 65.5% from #900192. The stunning color from the oloroso sherry cask is mouthwatering.

This whisky offers powerful sherry notes with flavor nuances of dried fruit, toffee, and figs. It carries Aultmore’s characteristic complexity and is rounded off with subtle hints of cocoa and a touch of nuts. The finish is long and satisfying, where the warm influence from the Oloroso sherry butt lends the whisky a luxurious finale.

This is a new range from independent whiskey grocer Mossburn, which they call Vintage Casks. This whiskey is from the Aultmore distillery and is a Vintage 2008, bottled at full cask strength at a whopping 52.6% and aged in a used Oloroso Sherry cask.

The casks are selected by Master Blender Neil MacLeod Mathiesonn and are bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour. Exclusively for sale at Whisky.dk and in very limited quantities.
