Aged for 11 years and bottled at 48% in natural colour and without chill filtration, it delivers a deep and full profile where the sherry dominates from the first aroma to the final finish. The nose opens with a striking fresh peach before the heavy, dark sherry notes take over: raisins, plums, dates, and dried fruits. A light sulphured apricot note sits underneath, kept in check by the rich sherry aromas.
