Thy Spelt-Rye 2020 is the latest addition to Thy Whisky's series, which they call Spelt-Rye. Produced in collaboration with Nordisk Brænderi. They make their spelt rye on the family farm Gyrup in Thy. In the middle of the storm-blasted North Sea dunes and the soft meadows down towards the Limfjord. Surrounded by hawboere, characterized by the sand and the North Sea, and fjordboere surrounded by the gentler fjordland to the east.

Made from 42% Svedjerug, 11% spelt and 47% Odyssey spring barley and aged in a fresh virgin American oak barrel, with only 1078 bottles. Not cold filtered and natural color grown and brewed at Gyrup.
