This release from Trolden Distillery is part of their exclusive Stokers series, and Lindely Nattefrost Edition stands out with its high alcohol content and intense flavor profile. The rum is made from organic molasses and distilled in small batches using copper pot stills, ensuring a deep and complex character with clear terroir from the Danish climate and artisanal approach.

The name “Nattefrost” refers to the quiet, cold winter atmosphere that inspired the rum – a dark and concentrated expression with warmth, spice, and depth. It is bottled at cask strength, meaning no water is added before bottling, giving you the rum in its most authentic and unfiltered form.

The aroma opens with dark caramel, burnt sugar, and dried fruit, followed by spicy notes of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla.
