The whiskey is a carefully crafted blend of three different whiskey types: malt, pot still and grain, creating a perfect balance of sweetness, spice and a lovely soft finish. The individual whiskies are triple distilled and matured between 12 and 15 years in old bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, giving a sherry finish with sweet nuttiness and a pleasant spicy undertone. The colour is golden with a nose of orange peel, spice and vanilla, while the palate offers heather, candied fruits, honey and vanilla with a creamy texture.
