Selected especially for Retailer Day 2026 at Stauning, this RYE Whisky with Port Tawny Finish #5318 is a Single Cask from 2020 at 48.7%, offering an exceptionally delicious flavour – some of the best R.Y.E we have tasted from Stauning.

The whisky is made from 100% Danish barley, grown locally and malted on the distillery’s own floors – a process only a few distilleries in the world still practice. The barley is dried using a mix of heather and peat from the area surrounding the distillery, giving the whisky its characteristic aroma and taste. This method is a tribute to the natural resources of West Jutland and helps give this Single Cask its authentic and local identity.
