Meet Søren Beyer from Nyborg Distillery, who will guide you through this Danish whisky tasting. The presentation is in Danish and takes place on the 2nd floor of Sydbank Arena. Only 32 tickets are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

We will taste 6 different editions from Nyborg Distillery:

• Stilhed 46%, Oloroso cask
• Danish Oak 46%
• Skumring Vintage 2017 Single Cask, First Fill Oloroso Cask Strength
• Danish Oak Black 59.1%
• Salt & Sjæl 12 y.o. Cask Strength Single Cask Manzanilla cask
• Fyrtårnet 15 y.o. Cask Strength Single Cask Oloroso cask, previously used for Caol Ila

The Masterclass experience
During this Masterclass, participants will have the opportunity to taste a carefully selected range of Nyborg Distillery’s unique bottlings. Søren Beyer from the distillery will guide you through their creative process, from sourcing ingredients to innovative distillation techniques. This session promises to be educational and will provide a deeper understanding of their distinctive approach to whisky and spirits production.
