This limited edition release, restricted to just 18,000 bottles worldwide, marks a new chapter focused on local terroir and raw material origin.

The whisky builds on the familiar 10-year-old profile but adds a new layer of freshness and character from the locally grown barley. It has been matured in a combination of First Fill Bourbon and Second Fill Sherry Hogsheads, resulting in a balanced and complex flavour profile. Expect notes of ripe fruit, vanilla, gentle spice and soft malt richness, all carried by a natural sweetness and vibrant structure from the 50% ABV.
