Ingredients for Pisco Sour:

  • 5 cl Pisco
  • Try for example Barstol Quebranta Pisco
  • 2.5 cl Lime Juice
  • 2 cl sugar cane syrup
  • Egg white from one small egg
  • Ice for shaker
  • A slice of lime for garnish

Procedure:

  • Fill the shaker with ice
  • Add ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 45 seconds.
  • Fine strain the cocktail to avoid ice
  • Serve in a cocktail glass
  • Serve the cocktail immediately while it is cold and fresh
