Njord "Slow Sloe Gin Fizz Cocktail

Make the perfect Njord "Slow Sloe" Gin Fizz cocktail. A fantastic and light drink that tastes great. Perfect for a warm summer evening or a cozy weekend with friends.

Ingredients

6 cl. Njord Slow Sloe Gin
3 cl. Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed of course)
1.5 cl. Sugar syrup
Top with sparkling water

Procedure

Shake the sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup (using a cocktail kit) with ice and strain into a Riedel glass - preferably chilled beforehand.
Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water and the drink is ready.
Garnish - Lemon zest. (Use the traditional lemon peel twisted over the glass to release the peel's bitter citrus oils).
