Mad Owl Gin is a tribute to the owl that used to live in the attic of the distillery building but moved away because they made too much noise.

Mad Owl Gin is distilled in traditional Alembic copper pot stills and named after the owl that lived in the attic of the distillery. Juniper berries, coriander, angelica, orris, lemon peel, pepper, rosemary, laurel, basil and orange peel.
