    Copenhagen Distillery Raw Edition Batch No. 5 is an organic single malt whisky made from 100% Danish barley and matured in toasted 225-liter virgin Hungarian oak casks. This fifth edition in the RAW series offers notes of ripe stone fruit, heather honey, and malted barley, followed by flavors of molasses, coconut, vanilla, white pepper, and cloves. The finish is marked by dryness from oak tannins and a soft bitterness from green almonds.
