Williams Gritz Shake Cocktail Recipe

Williams Gritz Shake Cocktail A true summer cocktail that exudes both color and flavor. The combination of gritz, gin, egg white, lime/lemon and sugar syrup create this fantastic colorful cocktail.

Ingredients

10 cl Gritz The Green Spritz
8 cl Gin - Try Elg Gin No 1
1.5 Egg white
6 cl Freshly squeezed lemon/lime - Use a lime squeezer
4 cl Sugar syrup
5 Fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes

Procedure

Add Gritz, gin, egg white, lemon/lime juice and syrup and fill the large portion with ice. Assemble your shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds.
Use your strain and tesi and double strain in a cold cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with lemon/lime zest and fresh mint leaves before serving. Enjoy!
