They are all aged a minimum of 21 years in Jamaica's tropical climate, but some of the components are also older. It is bottled at 43% and has no added sugar.

Aroma: Strong but also delicate scent of vanilla, honeysuckle, cocoa, coffee and nutmeg.
Palate: Long and refined flavors of brown sugar, cocoa, vanilla and other spices, a touch of stone fruit and, far on the horizon, burnt oak.
