Planteray 3 Stars is a Blended Rum from Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad, carbon filtered and bottled at 41.7%.

The blend is named after the three "stars" of Caribbean rum production: Barbados and Jamaica contribute unaged rum, while Trinidad contributes a 3-year-old rum, and a 12-year-old Jamaican rum adds depth to the blend. All colour from the ageing process is removed through carbon filtration before bottling, giving the rum its clear, almost water-white appearance. Each island contributes its distinct character to the blend – from the lighter, refined Trinidadian style to the funkier, full-bodied Jamaican rum.

Introduces the three "stars" with ripe banana, tropical fruit, brown sugar and subtle coffee notes.

Continues with more fruit, vanilla, orange zest and a touch of hogo with a light viscosity, complemented by faint molasses.
