Mosgaard Peat & Port; we have named this Danish Single Malt Whisky - we had the pleasure of visiting Jes Mosgaard, because we had to select a Single Cask exclusively bottled for Whisky.dk - we tasted 6 different samples and ended up with this cask, a 64 liter quarter cask built from used port wine staves. The style is Mosgaard Peated and the whisky was first stored in a used bourbon cask before being transferred to the Port cask
