This 11-year-old single malt from Speyside was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2024 by the independent bottler Woodrow’s of Edinburgh. It was matured in 1st fill American oak Pedro Ximénez casks, bringing sweet, rich, and spicy notes that beautifully complement Mortlach’s meaty and robust house style.

Bottled at cask strength (55.5%), this release is non-chill filtered and highly limited – only 256 bottles exist. A collectible for the connoisseur and a bold experience for adventurous palates.
