This fourth edition of the Cask Strength bottling from Highland Park is aged mainly in American oak sherry casks, but also European oak and ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 64.3% and is the smokiest version of HP at the moment. It is composed of different barrels of different ages and is not colored or chill filtered. It is sweet and slightly smoky on the nose with notes of roses, ripe pears and a hint of coconut. In addition, you'll find cedar. and black pepper, mango, heather honey, vanilla violet, pink grape and aromatic peat
