This special release from Fary Lochan is a prime example of Danish whisky craftsmanship, where time, patience, and double maturation create a deep and complex character.

Maturation: First 4 years and 9 months in three 1st fill ex-bourbon barrels (200 l.), then an additional 4 years and 6 months in one 1st fill Amontillado vintage sherry butt (500 l.).
Distillate: Brewed from unpeated Danish barley malt, completely without smoke.
Age: 9 years and 3 months.
Nose: Exotic fruit with peach, plums, leather, and a touch of raisins.
Taste: Full-bodied and oily with notes of “old attic” and ripe mango.
Finish: Long and deep, with a harmonious balance of raisins, plums, and dried fruits.

With only 362 bottles released in this batch, this is an exclusive whisky that combines the sweetness and vanilla of bourbon casks with the deep fruit and spicy nuances of Amontillado sherry. The result is a Danish single malt with great personality and rare elegance.
