This rum from Serum, was created in Panama as a tribute to the Panama Canal and the bridge that was built in 2004. Puente Centenario, as the bridge is called, now connects South and Central America, which were otherwise separated in 1914 when the canal was completed. A tribute to building a bridge. The rum has aged for a full 16 years in ex-bourbon barrels. On the palate, you'll find notes of vanilla, spices, roasted nuts and honey.
