TØRV 2.4 is the fourth release in the peated series from Sall Whisky, shaped by the distinctive smoke from elegant peat sourced from the peat guild in Moseby. This particular peat gives the TØRV series its signature character: a soft, aromatic smoke with both sweet and floral nuances.
Sall Whisky TØRV 2.4 is an organic, peated single malt that highlights the distillery’s ability to combine Danish terroir with a pronounced yet refined smoky profile. The whisky is made from barley grown on Sall’s own fields and malted as Pale and Vienna malt. Every bottle can be traced back to the exact field where the grain was harvested, making TØRV a true single farm release with full transparency.
The TØRV series derives its characteristic smoke from peat supplied by the Moseby peat guild. This fine, aromatic peat creates a gentle, floral smoke that stands apart from the heavier maritime Islay style. The smoke supports the whisky without overshadowing its natural sweetness and grain character.
TØRV 2.4 is matured in a combination of bourbon, oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, creating a layered and complex flavour profile where smoke, sweetness and fruit interact.

TØRV 2.4 is the fourth release in the series and consists of 520 bottles. The whisky is distilled from batches 96, 102, 105, 107, 109 and 113, and matured in casks numbered 82, 89, 119, 121 and 126. The barley comes from the fields Kvolbæk and Gejlund, harvested in 2019, 2020 and 2021, using the varieties Evergreen and Prospect. The whisky is fully organic and bottled at 51.7 percent.
