Rum No.2 comes from the Savalle still, a column still with four columns. It carries the marque SVL and was distilled in December 2003. The ABV of this rum is 59.3%.

The Unicorn tasting set includes three very unique rum bottlings from Guyana. The set contains 3 x 70 cl. A total of 195 sets of these three single casks were bottled. All three rums were distilled at the Diamond distillery and are as follows:

Rum No.1 comes from the Enmore EHP Coffey still, an old wooden column still. It carries the marque MEE and was distilled in February 2002. The ABV of this rum is 59.8%.

Rum No.3 comes from the Versailles pot still, the only remaining single wooden pot still. It carries the marque MDXC and was distilled in July 2004. The ABV of this rum is 54.9%.
