The distillery is located in a historic wire works by the river in Derwent Valley Mills – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – and builds its whisky production on the region’s long brewing traditions.

White Peak Distillery was established in an area rich in both industrial heritage and strong local culture. The distillery combines modern craftsmanship with inspiration from the region’s brewing traditions, giving the whisky a distinctive identity.
