Young Rye is Stauning's flagship rye expression – made from Danish rye, floor-malted and distilled in copper pot stills in Skjern. Ryes Brigade is a special edition celebrating those who believed in the Danish rye whisky project from the start.

Stauning Whisky opened in 2005 with a simple mission: to prove that world-class whisky could be made in Denmark. Young Rye was one of the early expressions that defined the distillery's DNA. Nose

Fresh rye with light notes of citrus, vanilla and a mild, bright fruit sweetness. Young and lively.

Palate
