Westward whiskey is the culmination of Master Distiller Christian Krogstad's lifelong quest to produce a whiskey with the spirit of the Pacific Northwest while drawing inspiration from Oregon's deep-rooted brewing culture. Westward whiskey is made from Pacific Northwest Two-Row malted barley and fermented with Ale yeast to bring out the outstanding flavor. Double pot distilled for extraordinary character and aged in new American oak barrels, the whiskey is then finished in used Pinot Noir barrels.
