Tomatin Sauternes Cask Whisky was distilled in 2008 and matured in traditional Scottish whisky oak casks before the whisky is given its final maturation in Sauternes casks. The result is a whisky with lots of peach and apricot, which together with Manuka honey create a wonderful balance in the aroma. The sweet honey aroma continues on the palate, accompanied by ginger and coconut.
