Tomatin Cognac Cask Whisky was distilled in 2008 and aged in traditional Scottish whisky oak casks before the whisky received its final maturation in cognac casks. The result is a whisky with subtle notes of lavender and Scottish heather. On the palate, there are hints of orange peel, rosewater and cranberry with well-balanced spices.
