Thildes Gin is developed in collaboration with one of Denmark's most talented sommeliers, Thilde Maarbjerg. The gin is unique as it is a distillate of the Litsea plant, which is related to lemongrass. Thildes Gin works well with the classic Tonic without too much citrus character, as otherwise you will not get the good taste experience of the citrus tones from the gin.
