Exciting Müller-Thurgau: Must fermentation in open barrels, natural biological acid reduction and 18 months fermentation in small wooden barrels. A typical way of making red wine - but here with white grapes. The result is an "orange wine" that is simply different - and it tastes great! A different wine that just has to be tried. "Orange wine" is white wine made in the same way as red wine is made, i.e. where the grape skins (and crushed grapes) are left together with the must for a shorter or longer period of time.
