Once again, Plantation Rum has blended itself into an excellent and extremely tasty Plantation Black Cask.
In the 2021 model, it is blended from two rums from Guatemala and Barbados. The result is a soft and round rum that has complexity at the same time. Both rums are column distilled. The Guatemalan rum is sweet, has a nice depth and a fine hint of spice. The Barbados rum is juicy with lots of tropical fruit and coconut notes and lots of lovely vanilla.
