Old Overholt joins Old Grand Dad, who is another old, American brand of whiskey, marketed under the name The Olds. Old Overholt Whiskey is both the oldest and best known brand of Straight Rye Whiskey on the market today. Old Overholt Straight Rye Whiskey is stored for three years and bottled when the alcohol percentage is at 40. The famous rye whiskey has a rich and distinctive taste with notes of vanilla, carnation, white pepper and caramel.
