The award-winning Ólafsson Gin is made as a tribute to Icelandic nature. The design of the bottle is inspired by the Icelandic travel book that the explorer Ólafsson and his travel companion published in 1772 in honor of the Danish king. The distillation process uses Icelandic spring water and wild herbs to give the gin a wonderful taste with classic grain and juniper notes followed by floral and citrusy notes from botanicals and hints of earthy spices.
