    Louis Latour Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée Latour 2019 Red Wine The grapes for this delicious cuvée come from vines in Santenay and Auxey-Duresses in the southern Côte-d'Or. We're talking 100% hand-picked Pinot Noir from vines that are a minimum of 30 years old. After the harvest, the grape must is fermented in open cement vats and then the wine is allowed to age for about 12 months before being bottled and released to the wine trade. Expect fine aromas of berries... cherries and raspberries in particular. In addition, you'll find licorice, mushrooms and a hint of black tea. The taste is light and characterized by Burgundy's classic terroir. Try Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée Latour 2019 Red wine for roast or grilled chicken, light and lean meat or dishes with mushrooms.
