Louis Latour Bourgogne Blanc Cuvée Latour 2018 White Wine This white wine from is a so-called cuvée, and is thus composed of white wines from different municipalities, in this case Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. The famous vineyards here grow Chardonnay, which forms the framework for this cuvée. In addition, grapes from Côte Chalonnaise are used. A classic white Burgundy that is fermented and aged in carefully temperature-controlled steel tanks with 100% malolactic fermentation. After around 10 months of aging in the steel tanks, the white wine is bottled and aged for one year before being sent to the wine merchants. Expect the following flavor notes: crushed stones, lemon, green apples, floral undertones and almonds. You get a fresh, fruity and clean white on the tongue that has a nice complexity and fine acidity.
