This Oak Gin from Knaplund is an extremely round gin, where notes from the American white oak play fantastically well with the juniper berries, and where the aging process is of our own invention. The gin is round and cozy, but at the same time it has bite and you can taste the different notes from both the gin but especially the interaction with the oak. Enjoy it neat - either ice cold or at room temperature depending on your temperament. It is recommended for a sausage/cheese table in its pure version. Or mixed with ginger beer for a fantastic cocktail.
