Based on Knaplund's classic gin, they play with different expressions and production methods. Gin Magic is the result. An extract of hibiscus flower makes this gin blue, as in really BLUE. With its deep blue color, the gin is beautiful in itself - and it differs significantly from the classic so-called gin colors. The gin comes into its own when mixed with tonic. This is where the magic happens. As if with a snap, it changes color to pink/light purple - and we guarantee it will impress any party. It's classic in its flavor profile with juniper, citrus and pepper as the dominant botanicals - and of course the hibiscus extract that gives it that beautiful blue color. Mix it with your favorite tonic or try it with a lemon tonic, which gives a different hue when it changes color.
