Kamiki SAKURA is an exclusive version of Kamiki Blended Malt Whisky, where the whisky is aged in Sakura (Japanese cherry wood) casks in the final stage after being aged in Yoshino Sugi casks. This 2-part Cask finish brings out the essence of Yoshino Sugi (Japanese cedar) and Sakura (Japanese cherry) in the whisky with a distinctive warming woodiness, mild spices before notes of sweet cherry.Kamiki Sakura smells of cherry candy with ripe bananas, chestnuts and cinnamon. The taste buds are treated to woody notes, sandalwood and mild spices before sweet cherry.
