The rhubarb gin from Destilleriet Als is made on a base of their popular Kalas opskrift. The gin has been aged on rhubarb from Als for just over a month after which it was bottled, and therefore natural sediment may occur to a greater or lesser extent. The gin gets its delicious coral colour from the rhubarb and we recommend drinking it chilled with an Indian tonic, such as Franklin & Sons Indian tonic or similar with a delicious floral or fruity garnish, such as rose petals or raspberries with lots of ice.
