Isle of Raasay Distillery has created a gin, and they've enlisted the help of a local botanist. Dr. Stephen Bungard helped select the local botanicals used to create an exquisite gin. The first ever legal spirit to leave the Isle of Raasay. Distilled in a modern copper pot still, with water from the nearby spring. The unique geology of the Isle of Raasay, the island's coastline, the modern copper pot still and the aforementioned spring are all at the heart of the inspiration behind this exquisite gin.
