New Year bubbles - try Faustino Cava Brut Rosé has a clean and light strawberry color with soft bubbles and a nice edge. It has a raspberry scent and the taste is fresh and delicate with a long aftertaste of fruit.

Faustino Cava Brut Rosé goes well with cold meat with baked potatoes and mushrooms. It also pairs well with salted fish and shellfish. Caviar and cava are an excellent mix, as well as meat and fish in general.
