    Edradour 2012 Vintage Sauternes Cask is bottled after 12 years of maturation in used Sauternes casks, with a total of 2332 bottles from casks #184, 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, and 191. This whisky has had the opportunity to develop in the distinctive Sauternes casks, which previously held the famous sweet dessert wine from the Bordeaux region. This imparts a unique sweetness and complexity that is rare in many single malts.

    It features a flavor profile that combines subtle notes of honey and vanilla with a fresh fruitiness reminiscent of nectarines and tropical fruits. The finish is lightly spiced and honeyed, offering a well-balanced and lingering aftertaste.
