Elegant and beautiful pink color. Fine and persistent bubbles with a nice mousse. Fresh, intense and complex but well balanced. In addition to being organic, this cava is also vegan, as the clarification is made with Alginic acid, which is extracted from brown algae, and Bentonite, which is a type of clay.
