BenRiach 21 year old whisky which they call "Four Cask Maturation" because the whisky has matured in 4 different cask types: bourbon barrels, Pedro Ximénez, sherry casks, virgin oak casks and red wine casks. The color is golden like honey. The nose is elegant with notes of fruit, honey and spice. The palate has aromas of candied grape, cocoa and smoked pine nuts. The aftertaste has elements of caramelized pear, honey and a good long finish
