This Mad Owl Blackberries Gin is made from ripe berries from the gardens, hedgerows and forest edges of North Zealand and can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with dessert or in a Gin & Tonic. The gin liqueur offers a light sweetness that makes any dark season a little brighter and friendly. The scent of vanilla and fully ripe blackberries is clearly perceived along with juniper and coriander, which create a nice complexity.
