Natural coconut infused into dark Barbadian rum gives this expression from Plantation/Planteray's Cut & Dry series a dessert-like character that balances between rum and treat.

    Expert Description

Plantation Cut & Dry Artisanal Infusion Coconut is a Coconut-infused Rum from Barbados, bottled at 40%.

The rum is based on a dark Barbadian rum, which is then infused with natural coconut through an artisanal process developed by Plantation/Planteray for the Cut & Dry series. The method preserves a fresh, pronounced coconut character while still allowing the rum's depth and spiced cask character to come through.

    Tasting Notes

    Nose

Natural coconut with light sweetness, delicate rum tones and a hint of tropical fruit, complemented by milk chocolate and a touch of nutmeg.

    Palate

Soft and round with intense coconut, fine sweetness, mild cask tones and a warm rum structure, where candied coconut, chocolate, almond paste and light caramel create an almost dessert-like experience.

    Finish

Long-lasting, creamy and aromatic with natural coconut freshness, cocoa butter and soft almond tones.
