The rum is distilled at the Pomalca distillery in Chiclayo in northern Peru, founded in 1933, where a Scottish distillation column was shipped over at the time. After distillation, the rum matures for 8 years in old ex-bourbon casks, giving it a rich, deep and sweet character. The miniature edition is a true copy of the full 70 CL bottle in a compact, practical size.

Nose

Buttery and very sweet, almost like milk chocolate, with a deep and round aroma of molasses, cola and bitter orange notes.
