Try Danish Sunrise with ELG Gin no 3

Ingredients

• 50ml ELG Gin No 3


• 20ml Cointreau


• 20ml Freshly squeezed orange juice


• 10ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice - Use the Lemon Squeezer


• 2 shots Angostura Bitter

Procedure

• Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice for about 15 seconds in a shaker


• Double strain over crushed ice


• Top up with additional crushed ice


• Garnish the cocktail with a piece of orange peel if desired


• Serve the cocktail immediately while it is cold and fris
