Strawberry Mojito with Fary Lochan

A refreshing cocktail where the fruitiness of the strawberry liqueur interacts with the fresh mint and lime.

Ingredients

:

• 1 part light rum Banks 5 year white rum


• 1 part Fary Lochan Strawberry liqueur


• 1 part: lime/sugar/mint syrup


• 1-2 parts sparkling water


• Fresh mint

Procedure:

Pour the rum, strawberry liqueur and syrup together directly into the glass. Stir with a spoon. Add ice. Stir again - for a long time!
Top up with sparkling water.
Fresh mint is added on top for decoration.

If you need barudstyr - try this sampak with Shaker, stirring spoon, strainer etc.
